Are GNB’s modular roof systems waterproof?

Yes, our building specific pre-tensioned roof panels, in conjunction with our “Lock Tite” mechanical tensioning system, create a tight waterproof seal at each roof connection.

Competitors offering large single-piece membranes often comment that they can tension the membranes horizontally and vertically to create a better fit and appearance. Do GNB’s modular panels provide a good fit and finish?

Yes, in fact GNB Global’s modular pre-tensioned roof panels, in combination with GNB’s “Lock Tite” mechanical tensioning system, not only secures the membrane horizontally and vertically but actually exhibit a superior fit and finish. This only makes sense as the panel that is being tensioned is much smaller and easier to tension than a large, cumbersome one-piece membrane. Also, bear in mind that if there is any damage to a panel, it only needs to be replaced rather than an entire roof.
