Heritage 24 Tension Fabric Buildings
The Heritage 24 Tension Fabric Building is specifically optimized for mounting on poured in place walls or on ballast blocks, which makes it ideal for material handling requirements like sand and salt storage. A range of widths from 62′ (18.8 m) to 80′ (24.3 m) are available to meet the project specifications. The continuous segmented truss design allows the building to achieve nearly any length required. A nominal 24″ (60.9 cm) truss frame is forged from high carbon steel, and reinforced with purlins and structural supports to meet the wind, snow and dead loads required for each individual project. The steel framework can be finished in a selection of coatings; including hot dip galvanized, inline galvanized and powder coated.

Tension Fabric Buildings Fabric Membrane
Guard-All utilizes Nova-Shield II with Armorkote, a heavyweight engineered HDPE fabric membrane. The scrim is produced in a special weaving pattern to enhance thickness, flatness, abrasion resistance, and tear properties. The proprietary coating is used to enhance abrasion resistance, flex resistance, seam strength, UV resistance and longevity. The Guardian Series buildings feature a modularized fabric membrane connected with an extruded aluminum keder system.
A huge benefit to the HDPE material Guard-All utilizes is the energy efficient translucent qualities of the fabric. White and lighter colored membrane materials allow around 12% of sunlight to transfer through the translucent fabric which reduces the need for electrical lighting during daylight hours. Additionally, when electric lights are used near the fabric, light is reflected off the surface amplifying the total lumens in the building.
