NJDOT Salt Storage Building

The NJDOT Salt Storage Building uses our Heritage 18 Series. The Heritage 18 Tension Fabric Buildings are optimized for mounting on concrete walls or shipping containers, and are designed for low occupancy requirements. A range of widths from 30′ (9.1 m) to 55′ (16.7 m) are available to meet project specifications. The continuous segmented truss design allows the building to achieve nearly any length required. The Heritage 18 Series fabric buildings feature one piece engineered fabric covers. A nominal 18″ (45.7 cm) truss frame is forged from high carbon steel, and reinforced with purlins and structural supports to meet the wind, snow and dead loads required for each individual project.
