Salt Storage Buildings
Guard-All Building Solutions manufactures a cost-effective selection of salt storage buildings to help our customers get buildings in place quickly and efficiently. Our salt storage buildings, sometimes called salt storage domes, can be used for projects ranging from smaller open end structures to massive bulk salt storage facilities with multiple loading bays and generous overhead clearances for heavy equipment. The buildings range in width from 30′ to 200′ and can be installed as either temporary or permanent structures. We have helped the local independent contractor get their first road salt storage building in place, and we have worked with various municipal departments of transportation (DOT) to create comprehensive road maintenance facilities.
Tension fabric buildings by definition are buildings constructed using a rigid frame and a durable fabric membrane. Guard-All manufactures salt storage buildings utilizing galvanized carbon steel frames with an engineered polyethylene fabric membrane. The benefits of tension fabric buildings compared to traditional structures are lower operational costs, energy savings, naturally bright interior, quick installation, flexible foundation design options, and corrosion resistance. Unlike conventional or metal clad buildings, tension fabric buildings can be more economically relocated.
