Fracking Sand Storage Buildings
GNB Global manufactures a cost-effective selection of fracking sand storage buildings to help our customers get buildings in place quickly and efficiently. Our fracking sand storage buildings can be used for projects ranging from smaller open-end structures to massive storage facilities with multiple loading bays and generous overhead clearances for heavy equipment. Design flexibility, lower lead time, operating costs, and investment costs are very large advantages of using a tension fabric structure. The buildings range in width from 30′ to 200′ and can be installed as either temporary or permanent structures. When using temporary foundations, the buildings can be easily disassembled and reassembled on another site.
Tension fabric buildings, by definition, are buildings constructed using a rigid frame and a durable fabric membrane. GNB manufactures buildings utilizing galvanized carbon steel frames with an engineered polyethylene fabric membrane. Compared to traditional structures, the benefits of tension fabric buildings are lower operational costs, energy savings, naturally bright interior, quick installation, ability to re-locate building, flexible foundation design options, and corrosion resistance. Unlike conventional or metal-clad buildings, tension fabric buildings can be more economically relocated.
